CRJ entry 2
During my second visit to Savage Gecko's I really got to observe in full. I walked in and you could see a rack filled with shirts with the Savage Gecko's Logo on them. To the left was a boy playing the playstation, couldn't really make out what game he was playing. I could see three flat screen televisions that were posted on the wall. To the right was the front desk with the clerk standing behind a glass case filled with a lot of games for many different systems. There was also a sign that caught my at tention which had the rates on it. It stated that for 30 minutes you pay $1.50, for 1 hour you pay $3, for 4 hours you pay $9, for all day you pay $18, for 1 month unlimited you pay $74.99, and for 12 months unlimited you pay $445.99. When you walk in a little more I noticed that there was two pool tables in which two guys were playing. Then I looked to the left of them and I noticed computers. Then if you kept walking it was the X-box 360 section. In the room there were mostly rolling chairs and posters on the wall. I also saw bears in a box hanging on the wall (weird). The room was very spacious and had a varity of things to play. In the room there were about 7 televisions in total. Throughout the room were neon lights hanging all over the room. All the way in the back they also had arcade style dance dance resolution and the machine that takes your money to try to get a stuffed animal. The things that they sold were kinda weird to me. They sold beverages(why?), controllers and games. They could also sell snacks but I am not really sure if they do. Savage Geckos is a really cool place to go and I really want to learn more about it. From the looks of it I know that I could get more information and really get to the point with my observations.
